More recently, the company reported that award-winning actor and comedian Ricky Gervais will introduce a new show solely on SiriusXM. Broadcast from New York, London and other destinations from across the globe, “Ricky Gervais Is Deadly Sirius” will be premiered on October 24. The one-hour show will be telecasted on Comedy Greats channel 94.
Gervais said that he started out in radio, and then SiriusXM made him a proposal to return that he couldn’t decline. With 32 million subscribers, his playlist, absolute freedom of speech and editorial control, it’s an ideal platform for him, and expectantly the listener too.
