Hanwha Solarone Co Ltd (NASDAQ:HSOL) And Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Signs Strategic Partnership MOU


Dallas, Texas 12/09/2013 (Financialstrend) – One of the top-10 global photovoltaic manufacturer company Hanwha Solarone Co Ltd (NASDAQ:HSOL) recently announced that it has signed a strategic partnership MOU with Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology. Hanwha SolarOne is known as the best manufacturer of high quality photovoltaic and cost competitive solar modules. With this MOU the company wishes to establish a long term partnership and want to contribute their maximum for the PV downstream business. Both of these companies want to develop, construct, finance the grid construction of the PV projects and the Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology company wants to use the PV modules that have been manufactured by Hanwha SolarOne for their energy project in Nantong, Jiangsu Province.

Post 90 days of signing the MOU both companies will enter into a definitive strategic cooperation agreement.
