Groupon Inc Common Stock (NASDAQ:GRPN) announced recently that it’s partnering with the Universal Orlando Resort to increase the selling of packaged tickets for the Universal Orlando’s theme parks, which include the Universal Studios Florida, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The tickets for the three theme parks will be available on the Groupon app where the users can easily access the tickets at affordable rates. The offer is only available to the citizens in the US and Canada.

With Groupon app, the promotion will allow the customers purchasing tickets online to save more than $20 of the gate pass ticket price. The Universal Orlando is one of the leading tourist destinations in the US and according to the Groupon, the promotion will offer numerous opportunities for the users to save and get a chance to visit the most fascinating theme parks.

Groupon intends to use the privilege of partnering to improve its product features by updating its application to enhance the customer’s experience. The company will offer limited price deals in various categories such as the family activities, outdoor fun and much more. Groupon has been facing various financial challenges in the recent past.

Additionally, the partnership will also help the company to study the local need to help the firm to rapidly expand its services to the e-commerce market, which is expected to boost its revenues in the long run. The customers will also save time by evading the long queues and other unnecessary delays. The deal also focuses on the flexible structures the firm’s merchants that benefit both customers and the company.
