FunctionX Inc (NASDAQ:FNCX), which happens to be one of the high end social publishing and interactive media platforms today made an announcement about the next move which will see it sign into an agreement in the acquisition of a number of the equity interests. It is expected to engage in this with BumpClick LLC.
BumpClick LLC Last week succeeded on the move to acquire all the ViralNova assets. The Founder and CEO of BumpClick, Sean Beckner was serving as the CEO for ViralNova, LLC, but that was before it was sold out Zealot Networks.
The reporting software by the name reporting software called “Nova” was sold out together with proprietary CMS and much work is underway as BumpClick moves faster in a bid to grow as well as optimize its various assets. Beckner is expected to take over the senior management position which will see him utilize his high end skills to FNCX properties and of course that will happen after FNCX acquires Bump Click.
The Executive Chairman and CEO of Function(x), Robert FX Sillerman showed the company’s excitement over the new acquisition which has made it a proud owner of a growing digital platform. This one was an extra ordinary opportunity considering that the platform was being managed by some experienced industry professionals. He added to say that the synergies between the companies were rather substantial and if combined with Sean’s experience and expertise would help revamp its business.
A recently completed public offering registration statement brought it to the limelight that strategic acquisitions like BumpClick for instance, played quite a central role and it was a great moment to hit an agreement. Beckner is very happy about the coming together of for a common course. He thinks of it as an opportunity for his team as well Bob’s team at Function(X) to move the same direction in pursuit of greater success.
He thinks of the digital media platform as a landscape with a wide range of opportunities which can be leveraged to bring great success. Bob has succeeded a lot of times in his endeavors and has a strong understanding on ways to scale large enterprises.
